MEXICO CITY: At least 18 people were killed Monday when a passenger bus flipped over and burst into flames in central Mexico, burning to death many of the passengers inside, local authorities said. “A passenger bus overturned over and 18 people burned to death in the municipality of Marques,” said an official from the public security secretariat of Queretaro state.
